We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us directly. When you complete an enquiry or contact form on the site, we collect the details you choose to provide. This usually includes your name, email address, telephone number, and the message or description of your situation that you enter. If you describe a payment dispute, that message may contain further personal details about you, the other party, and the underlying transaction. You decide how much to tell us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting server and analytics tools record technical information. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and the website or search term that brought you here. This information is collected through server logs and through cookies, as described below.
We do not knowingly collect more than we need, and we do not ask for financial account details, identity documents, or copies of cheques or invoices through the website forms.
